What You Can Expect

Pairing needs to occur frequently to make a lasting difference. Our Mentoring provides one hour of contact time every day for a month to keep up the pace.

1. Daily pairing sessions involving an Underscore consultant and one or two members of your team.
2. Remote pairing via video and audio Google Hangouts or Screen Hero.
3. Sessions driven by the needs and questions of your team members.
4. Weekly reports containing findings and suggestions.
